A routine is essential for us to become the best versions of ourselves, but for us to fully commit to a routine, it has to be aligned with our needs and values. MAKE IT ENJOYABLE. Your routine isn’t something to punish you, but rather something that helps you to keep an orderly life. It should be something that you’re at least willing to do.

Reading. Reading. Reading. Being well-read is so valuable!! Get cozy, pick up a Jane Austen, Emily Brontë, Megan Hess, or maybe a Charles Dickens and spend some of your free time indulging in literature, poetry and fashion books. I love reading but i hate reading educational books especially math. What interest me the most are books related to fashion and art. If you love to read fashion books like me I recommend for you to read my favorite author Megan Hess. You can order at Shoppe directly at Fully Booked official store or any fully booked actual store.

Soft-spoken and kind expressions. No one likes being around rude people. Being a bitch doesn’t make you look confident. Instead, be kind, make conversation, pay attention, engage, etc… trust me.

Dainty jewelry. Find some high-quality signature pieces. There are good jewelry products you can invest on that are in dainty friendly price like Tala and Mikana that are non-tarnished but if you want to invest on long term fashion jewelry try pandora or my personal favorite Vivienne Westwood. Though these are pricey jewelries but worth to invest on.
Think before you speak. Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts so you can speak confidently and with intent without stumbling over your words!!
Quality over quantity. Stop buying large amounts of cheap clothing; instead, save up and invest in higher-quality pieces that will actually last you.
Practice your handwriting. Having pretty and neat handwriting is a lovely little detail; extra points if you write in cursive.
Keep to yourself. Small circle, no bragging, gossips only with the closest, keep your plans to yourself. I appreciate people who are selective with their social surroundings. It shows they’re not afraid to sacrifice quantity for quality. They’re intentional with who they want around, and better yet, can appreciate who they have around. If you know who you are, you know you’re not for everybody—so don’t be for everybody. Be picky with who you give your valuable energy to. Make sure that your friends do inner work and prioritize self development. Don’t be a people pleaser. Don’t say yes to friendships that don’t serve your highest good. You don’t have to be friends with everyone. Yes, you will make some people disappointed and mad at you. So what? It’s your life. It’s your reality. If some people’s vibe feels off, don't let them be a part of your circle.

Journaling: You may do this step whenever you feel it's right, but I think it's important to be conscious about why are you in a rut in the first place and what you can do for you to feel better and get back stronger. You may let yourself just dump and feelings or go to Pinterest and look out for prompts. Personally, I started journaling since I was a kid and it helps release any pressure of anxiety and any moments of despair. Growing up as a child I like to keep my feelings to myself. "Trusting" was not really in my vocabulary until i discover journaling that I still apply today. I love journalling and reflecting about my week on notion ♡ DO not underestimate the power of cleaning your space, meditating and journaling your thoughts. Especially journaling cause once you start brain dumping your thoughts you actually release those thoughts and once you do your higher self starts to show up in your writing. whenever I need ideas I start brain dumping all of my thoughts, tasks and things I have to do and it’s like I empty my mind and my concious mind and my subconscious mind takes over and I get these amazing downloads come through.

♥︎ PHONE : delete apps that you no longer use, delete photos that don't hold value, delete old numbers that you don't text or call, change your wallpaper, change the theme of your phone or perfect current theme, add new widgets, add new ringtones, add time-limits if you find urself spending too much time on your phone, buy a new phonecase. Use notion make schedules and to-do lists.
Notion template example:

REGULARLY DO A DIGITAL DECLUTTER. Delete any old contacts that you don’t talk to, unsubscribe from newsletters and YouTube channels, organize your socials etc. Removes space and helps us to see our phones with more clarity.
♥︎ SOCIAL MEDIA : unfollow blogs, accounts, channels that make you feel badly about yourself, unfollow anything that doesn't align with who you wanna be, create a new account, delete old pinterest boards and create new and improved ones.
♥︎ MIND : start repeating new affirmations until they become new thoughts, stay conscious of your inner conversations, make sure it aligns with what you want to experience or perpetuate, work on self concept, stop over-consuming loa content and apply.
VALUE YOUR OPINION. You should have the ability to make decisions and identify yourself solely on your opinion. Trust, giving people that ability to shape your decisions and curate your identity, allows them to dictate your worth. ♡
STOP PEOPLE PLEASING. This is actually something I learned this 2023. There’s a difference between genuinely being nice, and being a doormat. You shouldn’t have to bend over backwards for others, and they give absolutely nothing back. Invest that time and effort into yourself.
DETACH FROM OTHERS. Friends, family, males, etc. Stop letting how other people treat you, dictate your mood for the rest of the day. The only factor your mood should depend on is you. What you do, say, and act is the only factor. This year I lost too many people that are close to my heart. During the early 2023 I experienced rough depression and anxiety because of the toxic people that were surrounding me. Until I realized the trigger strings that needed to be detach from my life and those were the people that are close to my heart for 4 years to save myself from that toxic environment and self-sabotage. The only person that should be on top of your pedestal, is you. By doing this, you create an inferiority complex for someone else and give them superiority. "Don't be afraid of losing people be afraid of losing yourself".
BUILD BOUNDARIES. With others and yourself. Both are equally important because you value yourself enough not to do something you’ll regret. When you choose to no longer feel like a victim in your own reality, that is when you will see major growth.
Learn something new online : start following up with an online course, theres this website (coursera.org) where you can engage in some courses and learn something new. CONTINUOUS LEARNING is probably something that i'd advocate for the most. there are so many things that you can learn online literally don't limit yourself, i learned a whole LANGUAGE online. you can learn thru youtube, websites, reading online books, academic journals and articles, my website ♡ etc
Track your Expenses. It's important to track your expenses through digital or written. Being 23 with responsibilities is a crisis. I do mine in google sheets which I enjoy making but shocking when I get to see the overview of the results. By doing this I can actually discipline myself in terms with finances because life can be very expensive once you entered the adulthood with responsibilities. Having this overview can help you prioritize which is which and which is not. Romanticizing Your Life in a way that won't drain your bank account.
Healthy balanced diet. I’m talking eating nutritious, seasonal, whole foods that make you feel good (this does not mean restrict and only eat lettuce). NEVER SKIP OUT ON PROTEIN AND NUTRIENTS. + fibre if you’re not tying to get constipated. (Separate blog for healthy diets)

Good spotify playlist. Create a music playlist full of good vibes and hype, then let it blast while you’re showering, doing your makeup, etc. This creates such a good atmosphere for your mind, as long as you stay away from songs that are negative

LOVE. Something I learned about love as a 23 years old, if you desire something specific don't flirt with the lower quality version of it. Be stubborn about it. Choose the ones that will help you grow and become the better version of yourself.
Branding Yourself ♥︎ why do you buy lingerie from victoria’s secret and not Shoppe or lazada? why do you go to starbucks instead of looking for a local coffee shop? it’s the way these entities have displayed their aesthetic, values, and more than anything: THEIR AURA. They’re displaying a feeling that you can only get if you indulge in their goods and services.
Personally branding myself is important because i wanted to feel not only feminine in energy, but hyperfeminine in appearance… but with a cloak of sex appeal, maturity and exclusivity. I recently found and accepted that i am not “cute” aesthetically. I’m far more often seen as “pretty” or “sexy” and working against my natural beauty archetype was hurting me badly. Sex kitten, video vixen, and victoria’s secret angel are archetypes/aesthetics i identify and get associated with often. I leaned into my result from vindicta’s feminine archetype quiz (the aphrodite + the diva). I compiled a list of words i identify with and channeled them in my self expression and how i carry myself. Studying my birth chart and infusing my natural traits into my essence with intent.
✧ Prioritize your physical and mental health. when those things are improving then pretty much everything else in your life will start to follow. just look at yourself now and think 'what can i do better? how can i be happier & healthier? ✧
